REPORT MANAGEMENT

It is crucial that staff members properly document and submit a proper report to protect our clients from any liability. We emphasize that our security personnel are trained in written communication skills to provide top-notch service at your site. 

All submitted reports will be reviewed and received by the assigned supervisor or the Account Manager. The reports received with event-triggered escalation process that allows Account Manager to respond in a timely manner.
